Course pathway

How the learning progresses

Weeks 1–301

Understand the knee

Build the biological, surgical and criteria-based foundation, then apply it through prehab and early protection.

Weeks 4–602

Rebuild capacity

Restore muscle, strength, force production, running and conditioning through progressive loading.

Weeks 7–903

Express performance

Develop power, plyometrics, braking, change of direction and return-to-training exposure.

Weeks 10–1204

Return and progress

Integrate testing, competition readiness and long-term performance into a complete case plan.

Assessment is part of the learning.

You will build evidence across the course instead of facing one mystery hurdle at the end.
