How the learning progresses

Week 101

Two-day workshop

Learn the sport, practise the coaching models and establish the practical foundation.

Weeks 2–402

Safety & demands

Complete safety evidence, explore positional demands and submit the MCQ.

Weeks 5–703

Coach the qualities

Develop strength, speed, agility and energy-system coaching; submit Assessment B.

Weeks 8–1204

Build the programme

Profile an athlete, complete six weeks of training and present the final evaluation.

Assessment is part of the learning.

You will build evidence across the course instead of facing one mystery hurdle at the end.
